DR RICHARD CONSTANTINE GAYLE, Senior Pastor and Bishop of Miracle Centre Ministries (Scarborough), Miracle Centre Ministries (Bowmanville), Bishop of Hope and Praise International Ministries (Maryland, USA) and Fresh Anointing Apostolic Ministries (Jamaica). He is also the Bishop and founder of the House of Prayer International Ministries. In June 2016 Pastor Gayle was consecrated to the sacred office of a Bishop in the Lord’s Church. Bishop Gayle has been used by God to speak prophetically into many lives and as a result, many have been set free from illnesses, relationships have been restored, poverty has been broken, and lives have been transformed. His desire to help God’s people reach their full potential in God by overcoming the limitations of their minds and capturing the mind of God has led him to author the riveting books “Think Like God” and “Activate the Power Now.” He is strongly committed to building the body of Christ and dedicated to preserving the Kingdom of God in this world. Bishop Gayle is a certified life coach and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Leadership, Masters in Biblical Studies and his PhD in Christian Organizational Leadership. His contagious and enthusiastic spirit flows through every facet of his ministry; however, feeling the need to do more and to spread this great message of love and reconciliation, Bishop Gayle was propelled in 2015 to launch the Television ministry “The Moment” in St. Vincent, Jamaica and Canada. In 2023 he also launched the television show Radical Shift which is now available on YouTube. Bishop Gayle's ministry has led him to preach and teach throughout Canada, United States, England, Jamaica, Australia and St Vincent and the Grenadines. He continually desires to please God and to spread the Word to the lost. Bishop Gayle is a man of prayer, integrity, and good character. DR NIESHA GAYLE, is the eldest daughter of Deacon Jerome Keemer Sr. and Elder Valinda Keemer and mother to daughter, Mikayla Cumberbatch-Ramirez and son-in-law, Michael Ramirez, and the wife of Bishop Richard C Gayle.Niesha grew up as a member of St. James Church of the Apostolic Faith in Glen Burnie, Maryland under the leadership of the late Pastor Irene B. Johnson. As a child and through her teenage years, she was very active in the church singing on the choir, directing the choir, ushering, teaching Sunday school, and working within the youth department. At the age of nine,Niesha gave her life to the Lord and was baptised in the name of Jesus. As a teenager, she received the gift of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues. At the age of 20, Niesha joined Bethesda International Church of the Lord Jesus Christ in Silver Spring, Maryland where she served in multiple capacities under the leadership of Bishop Veronica E. Watson.She served as a dynamic Sunday school teacher, committed choir director, anointed praise and worship leader, and faithful elder until the time of her transition to Hope and Praise International Ministries. As an educator,Niesha has a passion for children and believes that all children can learn and be successful. She worked as a special education teacher for many years but currently serves as a Principal in Washington, DC. She has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Master’s degree in Education (Literacy and Language), Master’s degree in Religion (Pastoral Counseling), and earned her Doctorate in Education (Early Childhood Education) in 2019. Niesha is passionate about helping others excel and achieve greater.She loves working with children especially those with special needs but also has a special place in her heart for women’s issues regarding mental, physical, and emotional health and well-being. A woman of prayer, faith, and love for God and His people, Niesha is committed to the things of God. Niesha’s aim and goal is to do something great for God and His kingdom and for Him to be glorified in her life.
